Selfcarecompany.com is a site controlled and operated by Self Care Co, a Sole Traders registered in England and Wales. We own the trademark “Self Care Co.”, including the domain name. Our website is available to use free of charge but please respect us by making sure you do not to do any of the bullets below. Do note that we have the right to stop access to any person if any of the below are done. • Alter any graphics or text on this site • Introduce viruses or any other technologically harmful material • Copy or republish content from this site for commercial use (if you are using for private use please do acknowledge the authors) • Use our information as gospel (it is provide for your information only) • Link our homepage to any other site if this will take advantage of us or damage our reputation There may be times when the website is unavailable. In the event of this happening, we will get it back up and running as quickly as possible.

Self Care Co. or any employees therewith are not liable for any injury, loss or claim of data, savings or otherwise that arise from your use of this site or any third party links we have within selfcarecompany.com. We also cannot take responsibility for any viruses or likewise contracted from our site, please do ensure that you have the latest anti-virus software installed on your device.

These terms give you some information of the legal contract formed when you buy any product from us.

Our Products

Products bought from our website are intended for private use, please do not use commercially without our permission. If you wish to do so, please contact us at hello@selfcarecompany.com We try our best to display our products accurately however they may appear different, depending on the device used to view the website. Any products ordered may vary slightly to the images online in terms of: • Colour • Packaging • Size All prices displayed are excluding delivery charge. For more information on charges please go to our Delivery & Returns page. We may change our prices from time to time and these will be updated on the site. Any changes to pricing will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payment can be completed using a credit or debit card.

Delivery

We will send out your order within 48 hours of receiving it, with the aim to have this with you ASAP. All orders can be delivered to UK mainland + EU addresses. For all of you further afield, we hope to be able to do this in 2017! Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any delay to your delivery that is beyond our control.

Returns & Cancellations

Returns can be issued with a full refund as long as the products are unopened and in their original packaging. Please do not damage or store the products incorrectly as these items will not be applicable for a refund if returned to us. Any orders cancelled before dispatch will be granted a full refund. Any orders cancelled after dispatch will be granted a refund but you will need to pay the delivery cost to return the items to us. Liability

If there are reasons beyond our control that have resulted in a delay or failure on our part, then we cannot be held responsible. We also reserve the right to stop any order if the following are true: • We are out of stock of your product • We can not complete your payment • You do not meet our T&Cs criteria
